Song Pick of the Day: Harry Chapin – Cats in the Cradle (Live)

This morning while on my run a very small cat came running (charging) and meowing up to me while I was listening to this song.

It kept chasing me.. not sure what to do a homeless man was riding by on his bike I asked him to help me — I was afraid that I was going to step on the cat, as it would not leave me alone.

He tried blocking the cat with his bike but the cat kept trying to get close to me – despite his efforts.

After a few minutes he said maybe if I pick it up?

As he picked up the cat it looked at me and was meowing even louder.

I thanked the homeless man for helping me with the cat. He rode off on his bike cat in hand and I ran off…
