Man bills Michigan town $156 for cleaning bathroom
(09-11) 17:08 PDT Saugatuck, Mich. (AP) –

A businessman said he was so frustrated with the condition of a public bathroom in the western Michigan tourist town of Saugatuck that he cleaned it himself, and billed the city $156 for his work.

Steve Oswald told WZZM-TV in Grand Rapids that customers of his shop complained Aug. 9 about the condition of the bathroom.

Oswald checked it out and said he “wouldn’t have sat down there.” He called a city official and soon got to work, spending 45 minutes cleaning. Read Full Story Here
